Biomechanics Specialist & Co-Founder

Gareth is currently working as a Biomechanics Specialist, he is a member of the Health Care Professionals Council. With a Masters in Clinical Biomechanics, Gareth possesses exceptional knowledge in his respective field of study. He is also a long distance athlete, with a 5k PB of 16.40.

Gareth is a British Athletics qualified Athletics Coach and currently coaches a group of endurance athletes at club level.

He has also completed the ALTIS Performance Therapy Programme.

Gareth has previously worked for the Ministry of Defence, whilst also having experience of working at major athletics events including the London Marathon and the World Indoor Athletics Championships amongst others. 

Harvey is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy as well as the Health Care Professionals Council and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine. He graduated from his BSc Physiotherapy degree in 2011 and also holds a Masters degree in Advancing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He is also a long distance athlete, with a 5k PB of 14.57. 


He is currently the Lead Physiotherapist for the Athletics Performance Programme at Loughborough University alongside positions at Athletics New Zealand and British Athletics.

In 2022, Harvey worked at ALTIS, in Atlanta, USA preparing athletes for World Championships and Commonweath Games in 2022. Harvey is a British Athletics qualified Athletics Coach and he completed the ALTIS Apprentice Coach Programme in Phoenix, Arizona as well as the ALTIS Performance Therapy Programme. 


He has previously held positions at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, The Football Association, The Professional Footballers Association, Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme and British Ski and Snowboard amongst others.
