Whilst I could very easily have just stepped out the front door and put one foot in front of the other, I wouldn’t have been able to get the same effect from training as what I have under the guidance of Pursuit Performance. Training isn’t just about heading out the front door and logging the miles, it’s about taking every step to best facilitate your performance, considering all your individual factors. Pursuit Performance broke it down, improved my training and has resulted in some of my best performances.
